01. General Terms

1.1 Definitions

In this document, "aca365", "we", and "our" refer to the aca365 online gaming platform. "User", "you", and "member" refer to any person who is registered on or using aca365. "Platform" refers to the website, application, and all associated services.

• An account cannot be transferred to another person.

You will be required to verify your age at the time of registration. If aca365 has reason to believe that a user is underage, all activity on that account will be suspended immediately and deposited funds may be returned.

• Creating or using an account by anyone under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited.
• Registering with a false age will result in account cancellation and the balance will be forfeited.
• Use parental control software on shared family devices to protect children.
• If you suspect that a minor is using an account, notify support immediately.

04. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Terms

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

aca365 supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and direct bank transfer. All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4.2 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
• Deposits may only be made from a payment account registered in your own name.

05. Bonus and Promotion Terms

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500; or depositing ৳14,000 gives a ৳10,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳24,000.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer is subject to specific validity periods and conditions.

• Attempting to claim bonus benefits through multiple accounts will be treated as fraud.

5.3 VIP Program

aca365 has four VIP tiers for active players: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Players can advance to higher tiers through regular play. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit.

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

06. Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting Policy

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be amended or cancelled. If a bet is voided due to loss of internet connection or a technical issue, aca365 will make a decision based on the circumstances.

• All bets will be settled according to the odds displayed at the time of placement.
• If an event is cancelled, the stake for the related bet will be refunded.
• Results for sports events will be settled according to the applicable rules of that event.
• Placing strategic bets on erroneous odds will be treated as fraud.
• If evidence of match fixing or gaining an unfair advantage is found, the account will be cancelled.

6.2 Casino Game Rules

Each game has its own specific rules which are displayed when the game loads. If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault, the relevant round will be considered void and the stake will be returned.

6.3 Betting Limits

aca365 sets minimum and maximum bet limits for specific games or events. These limits are clearly stated on the relevant pages. aca365 reserves the right to change these limits at any time.

07. User Code of Conduct

The cooperation of all users is expected in order to maintain a fair and safe gaming environment on aca365. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Any form of fraudulent activity, use of bots or automated software.
• Colluding or conspiring unfairly with other users.
• Attempting to exploit technical flaws in the platform.
• Hacking, manipulation, or any other unlawful technical action.

• Harassing or engaging in offensive behavior toward other users.

• Violation of the terms and conditions.

• Registration using false information.

• The account remains inactive for an extended period.

11.3 Balance After Account Closure

If an account is closed due to a rule violation, the balance may be forfeited. If the user closes the account themselves, the valid balance will be returned, however bonuses that have not met wagering requirements will be excluded.

• Complex matters may take additional time to resolve.
